01What this site is

A company site: The website of Southlight Hospitality Private Limited (CIN U55101TS2026PTC222796), a hospitality operating company based in Hyderabad. It describes what the company does and the standard it runs homes to.
Not a booking site: Nothing on this site can be booked. There is no booking engine, no property listing, no rate, no availability calendar and no payment page. Guests book with the separate consumer brand the company operates, through that brand's own channels, and anything here that reads as a booking facility is a description of how a stay is run rather than one offered on this site.
Not an offer: Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, or a quotation. A stay or a listing becomes an agreement only in a separate written agreement signed by both sides.

The regional writing: The region pages describe local architecture, seasons and travel in general terms, drawn from published sources. They are background reading, not a guarantee about any particular house, road, season or airport.
Photographs: Photographs used on this site are not photographs of homes the company operates unless the page says so. The ones under Creative Commons licences are credited in full, with author, licence and source, on the photo credits page.
Planned regions: A region described as planned is a region the company intends to reach. It is not a statement that anything is open, available or under contract there.
Accuracy: We try to keep everything here accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them. We do not warrant that every statement is free of error at every moment.

The Southlight name, the mark, the wordmark, the illustrations and the written text are the company's, and may not be reproduced as your own or used to suggest a connection that does not exist.

Changes: These terms may change. The date at the top of this page is the date they last did.
